About us · Why withHarmora exists
In tune with where you live.
Every home sits within a living system of land, weather and seasons. Things keep changing, whether we notice them or not.
A peak within the H
Our mark carries a peak set into the H. It represents the high ground every household plans from.
We help households understand their place and prepare for what lies ahead.
For most of human history, living well meant living in tune with the world around us. We paid attention to the land, the weather and the changing seasons.
Modern life has pulled us away from that connection. We spend more time indoors and on screens, often out of step with the seasons. Along the way, some of the everyday knowledge that once helped us prepare has faded.
withHarmora exists to help rebuild that connection. We have developed the withHarmora Resilience Model for this purpose. It looks at four things together: the ground a home sits on, the season ahead, the people who live there, and the steps that follow from all three.
Together, these give us a picture of risk and readiness that changes as the seasons turn.
Our aim is simple: to help any household, anywhere, understand its surroundings well enough to prepare — living with the land, not against it. In tune with where you live — with you, season after season.
One model, four layers
We look at the place, the season, the household and the next steps.

The ground
The underlying risks of the place itself, including fire country, flood lines, heat and storm exposure.

The season
How the coming season affects that place. We follow cycles such as El Niño as they develop.

The household
The people who live there, including their ages, mobility, health and the shape of the home itself.

The path
A practical plan based on the place, the season and the people living there. It starts with the first 72 hours and continues through a season of smaller steps.

The technology
We bring the evidence together to show which risks matter most.
The withHarmora Resilience Model looks at how land, season and household fit together. Rather than simply adding risks together, it weighs the evidence to identify what matters most for each place. Patterns need to recur before they are included. Coincidences are examined as evidence, and where explanations compete, the strongest supported explanation takes precedence. The result is a clearer view of the risks facing your home.
We also work to make each reading more specific to the place it describes. A plan is only as personal as the detail available, so we look at places at increasingly fine levels: from the region, to the postcode, and towards the property itself. Two homes on one street should never receive the same report.
